Liberty Restoration Community Development Corporation's foundation was laid in 1991, through the establishment of a YOUTH OUTREACH PROGRAM, to address the growing problem of drug abuse and crime in the neighborhood surrounding the church. Over sixty (60%) percent of youth were unemployed and had been incarcerated. This community was in desperate need of viable services such as
counseling, educational and job-training programs including job
placement, GED and college preparatory programs. These services
continued for more than ten (10) years. As a result of these
successful community programs, twenty-five (25%) percent of the
youth of the area were served. Since its inception, Liberty Restoration Community Development
Corporation has continued to develop programs in response to the
overwhelming needs Liberty Restoration Community Development Corporation is now an established nonprofit organization in a multi-complex of offices providing an array of services/programs to the residents of the city of Hammond, Louisiana and the entire Florida Parishes, which includes Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Washington and Tangipahoa Parishes.

Liberty Restoration Community
Development Corporation, a 501c(3) and brain child of God's
Tabernacle of Deliverance Church, under the leadership of Pastor
Willie Cage, has been providing valuable services to the area
community for over fifteen (15) years. 
There was a significant increase in the number of youth who
completed high school, became college graduates and entrepreneurs
contributing to the economic development of their community.
